I am a sociologist and musician currently based in Bellingham, WA.
Music is my artistic passion. My primary instruments are drum set, keys, and synthesizers. I have in-depth training and experience with music production and composition, audio engineering and editing, studio recording, post-production, and sound design. My discography includeds solo music releases as well as collaborative projects, like Cold Sludge or Vardo.
Sociology is my academic passion. I am a published sociologist, and I am pursuing a PhD in sociology. My primary sociological motivations are to directly address material injustice and institutional dysfunction. Expanding the sociology of psychedelics is my main research focus at this time, but I find most sociological topics compelling, especially public health, epistemology, and inequality.
